Once approved, we’ll issue a store credit minus the shipping cost as soon as we get the item back. You’ll have 5 days from approval to send it back to us. Other Merchandise: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition to be eligible for return.

Sale Items: If you purchased an item on sale, your store credit will reflect the sale price paid. Sale prices cannot be applied to future purchases.

Final Sale: Items marked as FINAL SALE in the product description or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all BLACK NOV SALE items.
