Important Information

  • Lost/Stolen or Damaged Mail: All U Activewear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. To insure your package, select Priority Insured or Priority Plus Shipping.

  • If you select Priority Insured and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement up to $50.

  • If you select Priority Plus and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, file a claim with USPS for reimbursement of the full package value.

Incorrect Address

All U Activewear is not responsible for address errors. If you enter an incorrect address and contact us before shipping, we will cancel the order. If the incorrect address causes a return, you will need to pay a reshipping fee for the package to be sent to the correct address. The returned package will be resent within 3 business days of receiving the reshipping fee. If the fee is not paid, the item becomes the property of All U Activewear with no refund issued.

Discount Codes

  • Apply discount codes at checkout by pressing "Apply" to update your order total. We cannot adjust prices after the order is submitted.
  • Only one discount code can be used per purchase and cannot be combined with store credits, bundle deals, ambassador codes, or gift cards.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or retroactively after the order has been placed.
